STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) has been a hot topic in recent years. Now there's a push to add A for Arts/Humanities to make it STEAM.
Eric Klopfer is Professor and the Director of the MIT Scheller Teacher Education Program and the Director of the The Education Arcade. He provided some insight into the value of the arts and humanities and tips to encourage STEAM in your kids.
